CCNA Day 1 — network kya hota hai? Sabse simple: 2 ya zyada devices connected = network. Data share kar sakte hain.
Network = Devices Connected
2 computers + cable/wifi = ek network. Bas itna.
Types of Networks
| Type | Range | Example |
| PAN | Personal | Bluetooth phone→earbuds |
| LAN | Building/home | Office WiFi |
| MAN | City | College campus |
| WAN | Country/world | Internet! |
How Data Travels
Your PC → Router → ISP → Internet → Server → back
- IP address = address (kahan jaana)
- MAC address = device ka unique ID
- Router = traffic controller
- Switch = LAN mein connections
Real Example — Opening YouTube
- Type youtube.com → DNS converts to IP
- Request router → ISP → Google server
- Server sends video data back
- Split into packets → reassemble = video plays
Why Learn Networking?
- Every IT job needs it
- Cybersecurity = network + security
- Cloud = networking on steroids
- CCNA = ₹4-8 LPA entry level
CCNA Path
- Network basics → IP addressing
- Switching → VLANs
- Routing → OSPF
- Security → ACLs, firewalls
